Note that while the separate packages list very specific times, should the length of your desired video go over the limit by a negligible amount of minutes, then you may still choose the package. For example, choosing the「Act II」package despite your video being about thirty-five minutes in length is perfectly acceptable.

Features such as fonts will be discussed during the order. A selection of picture samples using different fonts will be sent to the customer, and they may choose the one they prefer.

The seller was very communicative during the process and often suggested features that I feel like were above and beyond what they had to do. The order was unfortunately late by 1 day, but I feel like the fault was a bit on my side as I sometimes used some time to reply to the sellers question, and the timezone difference didn't help either. All in all the delay didn't matter, as due to the mentioned timezone difference, I was only sleeping during the delay. I would use the their service again if I have a similar need, and I would recommend others to do the same :) All around a cool dude
