ellenmogensen:This was an unmitigated disaster. I asked for only certain things to be in the table of contents. Some things were added, others were left out. Two thirds of the page numbers did not match the content. The document with an unintentional error which the seller did not notice. It would have taken more than 3 revisions to get this right. Beware!
